Default Zen ICE customisation.

Time to deck up basanti.

The rear seats are going out.
Fibre all around, two to three subs. , screen, neons etc. Basically, nfs u2 stuff.

Please suggest, how do I go about it while still doing it up in as little cost as possible as I'm still a student, afterall.

screen neons? on a student budget? nah!

What is your budget. Remember here on ICE we make it a habit of finding expensive solutions for cheap problems :-) LOL

Who or what is a Basanti? I've heard of Buggati.

Scary,

Sorry I did not know your car had a name. Please appologise to her on myy behalf. You are not alone. My dentist has 2 NOSed Vtecs (one green and one silver) and she (yes I got a female dentist who happens to be a mother of 2 as well) has names from each of them. Birthdays too. With Cake! Now guys visualise this - 40+ yr old female dentist (gold meadlist no less), mother of 2, drives NOS Vtec with a black lab in the passenger seat.

Fiber work is not easy. trust me i've done it and all i was making was a rear deck. Sam knows some guys who are good but i think they are in Bangalore. Unless you can see the installer's work and have a very clear idea about what you want and can sketch it dont try it. The guys at Overhaulin' (Chip Foose and co.) make it look easy.

FOr teh ret we need a budget. Expect to start at 15K. The sky's the limit. I have seen cars with Rs. 50K of speaker wire alone.

you know JK untill you mentioned it I did not realise this. 60K is a good average for a good ICE setup but for half that you can get a great setup too ask my FIL he even got his Ipod connected so he can control it via the HU.

You can get some nice sound at 15k+.

Navinji is always right.
Fibre must not be as easy as it sounds.

Actually, These cars I see everyday here (in malaysia) make me want to do something here too.

So, wood(MDF) is a better option than fibre for me then.

MDF is nice but mostly for straight lines. with fiber you get curves and a better strength/stiffness - weight ratio.
