@Cyrus: What cars apart from the LP640 did Prabhat have? How much for the LP640? Was it a Norev?

@ Dippy : Long story dude. Long route my ferrari is taking. So as u know i baught it from Amazon, so they shipped it from NJ to Boston. But by some mistake from UPS guys the first shipment got lost. So they send another one, which finally made its way to Boston almost a month back. So the pictures that u see are clicked in boston only , so this is the sneak peak for me as well as u all.

Later the car was transported from US to India on 16th. By India i mean Ghatkoper. Now on the third leg of its journey , my 430 changed hand from Ghatkoper to Dombivili. :( sadly the guy who has it, is not keeping well so he is on leave. Eagerly waiting for him to be ok asap so that i can get first hand pictures of the FERRARI.

Hope this answers your question.

thats not a GT40. it is a 2004 FORD GT, though I would love to have the GT40 model but very hard to find. Yes Autoart.

The LP 640 is a Maisto and it is somewhere close to 1300. It is yellow. Detailing isnt anything to write home about. The detailing on my CGT is much much better.

@Sinner, i know what it feels like, But when it finally comes, there is nothing like it!!

@ cyrus : CAn you start a thread on How to perform DIY modjobs on the scale models.
I mean you have been doing it for quite some time now.
So It would be great if you tech us a few of your techniques.
What paint to use on what surface? Initial sanding/buffing?
Precautions to be taken?

Default Another fiat joins the family

Fiat Panda - Scale: 1:24 - Make: Burago

Pantaloons' (Gariahat) kids' section has received a fresh stock of burago scale models - Street Racing Edition (not impressed with quality - 2004 Subaru Sti, Ford Focus, etc) and couple of Alfa Romeos (bad finish)

Mobile cam pics - hence low quality

looks like Pantaloons are clearing up their stock of Maisto's and bringing in the Burago.

Maisto owns majority stake in Bburago. Bburago used to have good stuff until maisto came along. Now maisto has better stuff thaan Bburago (quality wise). Nice car anywyas..Its orbiting the moon i see!!

How does it feel sinner?? I bet it feels good!! About the Feviquick, apply very little on it as if it comes onto the paint, it will ruin it!!
