I already fixed Milltek Sport CAT-BACK - Non-Resonated in a skoda 1.9TDI here in Trivandrum(kerala). That skoda is having 125BHP,done 25000kms.I fixed the exhaust when his car was 3600kms.Still it doesnt have any problems. It is a fully moded skoda including front mount intercooler and changed the suspension also.So i dont think so it will foul with the turbo.

FFE would actually be beneficial to the engine in the long run if designed properly. Although not so good for the environment.

Default free flow exhaust maintenance

is there any specific maintenance required for the FFE ? how often does it need to be decarbonised ? i presume more often...

anything else to be done to keep the FFE at its performance best ?

i plonked a automech unit on my OHC 1.5 about 5-6 months back...

im already seing a drop in the response from the initial days - could also be a matter of "just having got used to it " syndrome....

but is there anything on the maintenance to be done ?

@Narayan: Check air filter, throttle body if cleaning is required
. Reset ecu and see if there is improvement in performance. Keep an eye on the tyre pressures as well.

You don't need a complete free flow exhaust in a Diesel Swift because, it's got a Turbo inside.
You may try fitting an end can for some Purr Purrs! But not worth it in my opinion.

The diesel swift would do much better with a petes box than intake and exhaust mods.
