Hey Shan2nu,if u have a list of True Speeds of Indian vehicles,can u post em up plz.Wud luve to know that.

V shud know how our cars fool us.

Well, to know the actual top speeds, you can check up with Overdrive since they use Racelogic V box which is very accurate.

For some road tests, they even mention the speedo read and the true speed at the same time.

For the Vtec it's 195kmph "speedo", 185 kmph "true speed". And yup, i've hit 195kmph on my Vtec, didn't go beyond that.

firstly i agree girls next to us suck.
when my relative was doin 160 on a 2 lane highway , she was hitting his hand.......
how bad is that.
x-machine - impressive speeds.
i do agree that we get fooled by our cars.........
i did 185 in a cielo ...........
unmodified ofcourse but 185 is way off ..........

I agree, bikes make things feel worse than they actually are. Sitting behind my friends bike doin 100kmph felt worse than when i did 195kmph on my car.

hey good speeds you guys
my personal bests have been
m-800 135 kmph
esteem auto matic 155 kmph had to really whip the car
esteem carb 180kmph
rx 100 105kmph

all speedo readings. the carb esteem had a modified suspension and hugged the road like it was stuck to it

Yeah same here, she gives me strict warning no going beyond 50 or else i ll catch a cab ....
I mean wat the hell Santro can do only 125 ( i have done) so like 50 .....
uhhhh i get mad ....

hi all

audi rs4: 250+ briefly maybe touched 260
very scary...

been a passenger in an M3, slk, sl, jag xj, merc C36, & a few others, seen umm..quite a bit over 230-240...( have a psycho unlce abroad)

zen:160kmph.yes coming down th expresway from lonavala just before you hit the foodstop on the left the car goes more than 160...no i will not recomend it

alm beach road max'd out full throttle 180, yes bike got screwed, as smoking like hell for a few minutes.

zx-12r: stopped looking at the meter after 260 but still had the throttle wacked open ...
vmax: stopped looking after 200, but trust me with this bike you dont care it just pulls like a train
umm... ridden tons of bikes over 200-230, cbr1100xx,zx-11, cbr929, etcetcetc

all the imported cars abroad though, we dont have any roads for such driving here, if anyone does try it here, they are just stupid

I dont think you were driving/riding. You were flying low!!!

Thats some truly awesome machinery you have experienced there, and our envy is with you. I have taken a spin around in a C32 AMG (driven by a pro-race driver) and gosh....it was unbelievably FAST!

Hey pppll...I was Drivin arund the accent tornado ... and i touched 130 on the speedo .....damn good with the new certis michelins on it ... the tyres really help deceleratting (#@$% *the spellins).. thnx rehaan and t bhp fer those tyres they *r doin damn weelllll

180kmph in a Nissan Patrol
180kmph(limited) in Nissan Skyline GTR-34
230kmh 500SL
160kmph in a 69 VW beetle!
220kmph in a 300E Merc.
