It is GZipped pdf so you have gunzip it first. Anyways, binz has just uploaded the pdf and it works.

@tsk1979 : Great stuff man, but i think it should not have landed up in the hands of us, the Great Indian driving populace. We drive extreme as it is

P.S: I guess the Bus drivers in the state of Kerala are the folks who put this together originally. Shows in their driving habits
