Any news on Foton trucks & buses coming to India?

Does any one has any news on Foton entering India for trucks and buses.

Sometime back a news article had come that they are planning to enter by the next year.

Dont photon build basically trucks from Daimler commercial vehicles??

If so, will Daimler allow Foton to operate in India, when they are coming up in such a big way themselves in India.

Other than that, I dont think any chinese auto product will work in India, (not that they have too many automobiles that they designed themselves). A chinese auto brand will definitely flop in India.

Did not ALL procure chassis and body panels for its DTC order from Photon? In my opinion, Even if they enter on their own in India, the fate will be similar to KingLong. Unlike BESTs board, many Indians will not pay a premium for Chinese products.
