But none has it. I see these buses clocking nearly 100 kmph on NICE roads and the BETL elevated tollway. They cut lanes and tailgate hapless two wheeler with brazen impunity . I shudder to even think what will happen to the two wheeler if he decides to slow down a bit rapidly or applies brakes.

If the government controlled organizations flout the norms with such impunity then i do not think they will be able to implement these rules on all commercial vehicles
On the contrary, i decided never to touch any two wheeler again. Especially the way i saw a BmTC behemoth Bus tailgating a woman who was on a Scooty, she was already stunned seeing the bus so close to her in her mirror.

And the driver kept honking.

Lot of times these scooty and other sub 100cc 'bikers' keep piddling away at glacial speeds of 30-40 kmph on the right most fast lane, because they need to take a right some 3-4 km away!! what will any driver stuck behind such a contraption do? except honk away to glory?

By the help of VSS or a Vehicle Speed Sensor. This is normally mounted on the transmission case.
