Benzy is owned by Akbar Group. All the bus operations are in the name "Benzy". They are based at Ponnani, in Malappuram District of Kerala. The airline ticketing business is in the name "Akbar Travels of India". They have some other totally unrelated business, like Coconut oil (Benco), etc.

Sigh!!! Yet another case of have-a-nice-and-fancy-grill-but-pull-it-up-to-drive-the-bus.

No offence meant; but why are the body designers doing things this way? I could understand if this was the handiwork of DC (as in "dad and child"); but from an organised body builder???

Even I HATE the bonnet lifted that way. But the drivers say they have no other option...

The lifting bonnet first started with SUTLEJ. They were the ones that brought it in the S-300, the S-400 and then a fully lifting bonnet with the S-500

The killer thing down south from PRAKASH is two sealed beams under the bonnet, where the RTO can't see them, to brighten the night and send other road users scurrying out of the way

Nothing much. Just the normal tyre works & greasing.

But we decided it give it a new life so there was a lot of denting, painting works & new seat covers, etc.
