Any other ideas on what might be required for electric CVs in India, or those who use CVs, any thoughts on your requirements?

Electric CV is non existent here in India.
Delhi Government launch this long ago, if i remember correctly. But all vehicles were scrapped, it was a failed project. I have seen them parked in one of the depot in 2004.
