Re: Exhaustive DIY: Cabin AC Filter cleaning of the Ford Figo
Visited Ford A.S.S. and told them about the issue. The technician removed the old mesh filter and replaced it with a new one. Now the air is a lot cleaner and the cooling efficiency has increased noticeably.
It was a very pleasant experience as they didn't charge a single rupee for the job (except Rs. 168 for the new filter). I even asked them to clean the engine air filter and they obliged again, free of cost!
What a remarkable turnaround for a company once notorious for their indifferent A.S.S.
