Hi guys,
Need help in installing a ramsey winch on INVADER.Problem is the bumper and how to mount on it. At last years Great Escape I had seen an INVADER with a custom fabricated bumper which was increased in width to accomodate the winch. I think this was a factory vehicle . Also need to mount a spade and a high lift jack.suggestions welcome. Invader already has A.C. and power steering.
cheers

Mahindra Transfer Cases

Sree and I had a lengthy discussion on the Transfer Cases. We compared some pictures of Sree's MM550 XDB Transmission/T-case along with Beboy's set and my own and this is what I have concluded/guessed. Experts please add your comments.

As far as I understand these are the transmission/transfer case combination Mahindra made.

1) Three Speed Gearbox with T-18 T-Case with twin levers.

2) Four Speed KMT90 with T-18 T-Case with twin levers.

3) Four Speed KMT90 with T-18 T-Case with single lever and U shaped shift pattern. Most common on recent MM540/MM550s

4)BA10 with Electric/Mechanical Borg Warner T-case. Used in Armada Grand and earlier Boleros.

5)BA10 with T-18 Transfer Case with single lever and straight line shift pattern. Used in MM550 XDB.

6)NGT530 with Electric Borg Warner T-Case. Scorpio 4WD/Newer Bolero 4WD and Camper 4WD.

7)NGT520 with T-18 Transfer Case with single lever and straight line shift. Used in Legend/Major/Invader/Bolero DI 4WD.

8)NGT530 with T-18 Transfer Case with single lever and straight line shift. Used in Thar (Guess).
