| How do I buy Team-BHP stickers? |

| I just placed my order. When can I expect delivery? |
It may take 7 – 10 business days for delivery. In the rare event that you haven't received your merchandise, even after 10 working days, simply forward the order confirmation email to support@team-bhp.com. The order confirmation email would have been sent out to you at the time of placing the order. |
| Could I buy individual stickers? |
| We only ship stickers by the set. You could gift any extra stickers to friends and family, or distribute them at the next Team-BHP meet that you attend. |
| What about delivery charges? |
| Shipping & handling is free (anywhere in India). |
| Do you ship internationally? |
| Sorry, but our current delivery operations are only within India. |
| What is the mode of payment? |
You can pay with your credit card OR Paypal account. Note that a paypal user account is NOT required to make credit card payments on the Paypal website. Paypal is one of the world's largest and the most trusted payment processors, and the only way to pay for Team-BHP merchandise. If you have an HDFC Bank account, friendly moderator Zappo has posted an interesting alternative here. |

All the payment transactions are conducted via www.paypal.com. Other details (such as your personal data, email etc.) are encrypted with state-of-the-art SSL technology before being transferred. Your details are absolutely safe with us. The information that you provide us with, will under no circumstances be forwarded to a third party. All data is subject to rigid data protection. Also note that Team-BHP will never send an email to you asking for your personal or credit card details. Kindly disregard any such emails, which may be considered as phishing attempts. |

| Sometimes, and only with the safety interests of your card in mind, Paypal will place a temporary $1 charge (rupee equivalent) on your account. This charge is reversed back as soon as your bank authorizes the credit card. The verification process usually takes only a few minutes (though, and rarely, some banks may take longer). Again, this is only to protect you & is a temporary charge that is eventually credited back by Paypal. |
