Very upset to hear of this...
Creativity wouldn't be what it is today without you. You defined genius.
Thanks for everything.

Steve Jobs, you redefined music. Life without an ipod/iphone seems so incomplete now a days. You were a legend. Dont know what Apple Inc will do without you.
Respect.

RIP Steve.

You redefined the way we listened to music, used phones & computers. You created products that defied conventional wisdom and made them objects of desire, where people stood in queues, weathered sun & rain, to lay their hands on...! Despite the fact that you made fat profits we looked forward to the products you dreamt up, 'cos they simply were desirable.

I hope Apple continues your legacy of innovation & perfection and remains one which everybody like a bite of, just like your logo...!

Show me another person in technology who in his 56 years of life: started a company in garage, dropped out of college, hacked phones for fun, joined Krishna Mission for free food to survive, got kicked out of his own company, started another successful firm, created devices that changed the way we interacted with computers and laid emphasis more on aesthetics and beauty of it all, AND challenged the behemoth competitors (especially Google and MS) to create better products for the people -rather than just creating something for mass consumption.

You will be missed Steve. RIP.

A very very sad day. I can't think of another time when I felt this bad due to someone passing away who was unrelated to me.

An iconic man in every sense of the word and genius he was. Just read the very simple lines he says when he is resigning as Chairman of apple, no gloating, no bragging just simple truth. He fought with cancer for almost a decade and by god, what products he created during this time. His ideas were beyond many peoples grasp and we will surely miss him big time.

.RIP.

An Apple without Jobs, that's hard to imagine..
