Yes I have Windows XP with SP2 installed. The problem is only with Nokia software I mean am able to do other BT activities with the dongle software but not use the features given in Nokia PC Suite :|

is it possible that Nokia PC suite does not recognise some of dongles, because mine is a chinese type(Bluesoleil) & not any big brand(though its been working great for past one year)

If BT is detected by Windows then check out for new Nokia PC Suite.

Try installing a different version of PC Suite then check it out.
