How much did you spend on the PS2 and how much on GT4?

Get the Momo steering wheel made specifically for GT 4. It has a proper 2.6 turns lock to lock steering wheel and a sweet stick shift with all the 3 pedals (of course). My buddy has it here and it cost him about 200 $.
Does the Momo racing wheel work with PS2? Coz the website said it was meant to be connected to the comp. It comes with the regular USB cable.

I'm definately going in for a steering. I've zeroed in on the "Logitech Driving Force Pro" which was specifically made for GT4. It has all the features that the Momo Racing wheel comes with.

BTW, r u sure the momo racing wheel comes with 3 pedals? As far as i know it comes with an acc and a brake pedal (no clutch). And it's got a stick shift as well as paddles.

I paid a total of Rs. 9500 for the PS2 (the game came free with it). I could have got a PS2 for 7600 but, those aren't the chipped ones, getting it chipped would cost another 1300-1500 bucks so, it adds up to the same.

The shop guy told me it would cost me an additional 950 for the memory chip but i'm sure i can get it for a lot less.

the only reason for buying a PS2, Gran Turismo 4. hook it upto a nice steering wheel and pedals and get addicted to it for life.
p.s if u wait for the ps3 to come out, prices of ps2 will drop even more.

Try http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/ or Xboxconnect. They are free to use.

Where is the best place to get "special" games in Delhi for a modded xbox ?

3. You get two controllers with the box.
4. Now precautions at all.
5. Yes it does play on the monitor

Alright guys I have been waiting for long time to get my hands on PS2.

But im facing few problems want your help.

1) I want the old ps2 the fat one. Its rarely available in market and where ever its available its for 13k. It makes no sense spending 13k + 1k +1.5k = 15.5k for a old ps2 wid 2 controllers and 2 memory cards.

2) The ps2 slim is for 7.5k but not reliable. No idea (interms of reliability) about the new slim series.

3) Or should I buy 2nd hand Ps2 for 6k

Need your advice.
Thanks guys.

Does it play all games?

I have heard that :

1. You cant play for more then 6 hrs the console gets hot and conks off!!!
2. After mod-chippin' it all games cannot be played.

I have a habbit of playing for excess of 10 hrs, at a stretch, thats why the 6 hrs thingy is bothering me.
