arrey zak yaar, Palika guys had already quoted me 50K plus bout a 3weeks back for a PS3. And yes they do have it along with the Games. If there is a mod chip for PS3 i'm sure palika guys will get it first

xbox3 - 25000 hd one i think...

ps3 is limited for sure. in usa its not limited its sold out so thats the problem. the stock we might get here is from south east asia...

Don't buy those, they are pre-production prototypes with buggy software. They are probably given out free to 'test' and these people want to make a killing out of it.

Zak - The Palika guys never cease to amaze me!! Anyways these units are from either SE Asia or Japan and are not pre-production types. Availability is also limited but if you have the cash they have the goods with a small goodwill warranty thrown in if you know the owner well!

Yes. I know that part. Knowing a shop owner in PALIKA is much better than the authorised warranty sometimes.

I've never returned from Delhi without visiting PALIKA atleast once.

BTW, Does anybody in the forum own a PS3? Owning will tell the realities of the hype and hoopla.

iraghava, It looks like (from screenshots on gaming sites) I was playing Minna no Golf 5 on the PS3 and that I was watching Genji: Days of the Blade on the Bravia. Both these games are for the PS3. But I agree with your point. My take is that the games that can fully exploit the potential of the PS3 may not even be in the market yet.

Man I'm lucky to have a friend who owns a Ps3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii with a 42" plasma... anyways have tried out all consoles... all rock but I have picked XBOX 360 premium and installed the crack that allows you to play pirated games... 300-350 a game... Xbox 360 is awesome and most practical for us Indians.. Ps3 is brilliant... the bluetooth controllers and stuff are sweet but not practical in India.. The games as of now dont make full use of the ps3's capabilities... Bluray games will be very expensive to buy in India. Nintendo Wii is brilliant... graphics arent that good but the motion sensor remote controls are awesome!! playing golf, bowling etc Rocks

PS3 in the UK and asia will not have backward compatability in other words cant play ps2 games as the emotion chip in the ps2 will not be put into these variants..read at gamespot and other sites for more info
