You're right, FF without TabMixPlus is a no-go!! But don't fret, here's how to make your extensions work on FF3.
  • Type about:config into Firefox's address bar and click the "I'll be careful, I promise!" button.
  • Right-click anywhere. Choose New>Boolean. Make the name of your new config value extensions.checkCompatibility and set it to false.
  • Make another new boolean pair called extensions.checkUpdateSecurity and set the value to false.
  • Restart Firefox.

For a complete guide on using FF3, check this out.

Also, while you're at it, try typing about:robots in the FF3 address bar

Safari Address Bar Spoofing and Memory Corruption Vulnerabilities - Advisories - Secunia
Safari 3.1 has a very serious security hole for which a patch is still not in sight.
I suggest not using this browser on sites you do not trust.

There is an excellent feature of Content Blocking in latest Opera 9.50.

For example if we want to remove advertising banner or some content on a page then its very simple with opera.Blocking such improves performance, readability as there is no annoying ads.

Just Right click anywhere in the page-> Block content, choose what you want to block-> done and end.

I found it very very useful for efficient surfing.Another great feature from wonderful browser.

No disrespect to Opera but Adblock does the same for FF3

Yes, me too waiting.
The comic style intro is really good and first of its kind I guess. It gave clear technical picture but so easy to understand the underlying details. Google keeps proving themselves.
