I am doing it right now, and it is working fine. Links used on that page:

'Go To Donwload page'
'Download Plato VIdeo Convertor Now'
'Download'

It asks me to Open / Save. Next step will be to run it.

Dont miss doing the activation when you install. Best to install when you are still connected to the net.

Some of the software requires registration.

I prefer Debian/Ubuntu. none of the software in it requires registration.

A friend of mien told me about this site a week ago.
He was told by his friend who claim to have got Halo (the first one) through this website

Try avast Antivirus its free for home users and works better then other known and costly Antiviruses.

Actually Giveaway of the Day website gives you paid software liecence for free. And the offer is valid only for that day.
But sourcefourge is a very good website to browse through all these projects many are participating.
