Thanks for the opinion, purchased a used 2g phone !
Upgraded to 2.2.1 and jailbroken.
Till now everythings fine, just one issue, what application you guys use for sending and forwarding SMS ?
I searched a lot but could not find one( read cracked).
Currently on trial of Ireal SMS.
So if someone can help me on that, I would be real thankful !

get on cydia and get 'Bite SMS' its free and works like a breeze.

i don't think tbhp as a forum promotes cracked software !! Would request all piracy and cracking instructions be exchanged offline

Dude, I know what you are saying and where you are coming from. If we are doing stuff that is detrimental or totally 'anti- apple' in the promotion and sales of the Apple iPhone then what you are saying holds water. When the iphone user says 'crack' it essentially means '3rd party' Apple doesn't entertain any 3rd party involvement in the advancing of their product. what we are sharing on this forum is to have our hardware run better and customize it to a point were the end user (ME) is totally happy with the product- something that apple forgot while peeling oranges so you jus chill have a cold glass of water and let us continue making our iphones work better (something that apple forgot)
Or better still go get your self an iphone spend all you can on it and then come and ask us to help you 'jail break it' so that you can make it trip better than your old Nokia.

johnda, that is all well and good, but that does not change the fact that links to cracked versions of 3rd party software is being posted on Team-BHP. A crack is a crack, whether it is official Apple software or not

everyone 'cracks' and jail breaks and theres forums to do that - tbhp is a good platform to exchange ideas, but I don't want it to be the top google search result, when someone is searching for apple cracked bitesms

also I don't use apple products and despite having worked for nokia corporation have never used a nokia product. I am on windows mobile

Yes. 3.0 seems like a good wait. I am hoping they will come up with better bluetooth stack, copy and paste (not the 3rd party app), etc.
