Isn't the D80 newer than the D60?

especially now that the D90 is out. If I did not have a Canon 40D the D90 is the camera I'd get.

no. the D70, D70s, and D80 are all older than the D40 and D60. The D700 and D90 came after the D60.

the timeline at dpreview.com will give more details.

What do I buy to clean the lens of my camera? There are so many different things available for lens cleaning. Is a cloth enough? There's some brush as well along with a liquid solution and what not.

What's the difference between a lens pen cleaner and the cloth and solution?

Then why is the D80 more expensive than the D60? Is it more of a pro camera than the 60?

the D80 offers greater flexibility in use, superior build quality and compatibility with a broader range of Nikon lenses. However, the camera has recently been replaced by the D90 in the Nikon lineup

The pen cleaner is easier to use especially on the road.

Guys, do you get these in India?

The D700 (which preceeded the D90) is more expensive than the D90. The D80 will take any F mount lens the D60 will only accept AFS lenses. For the $250 or so difference the D60 is an excellent buy. The D40 starts at under $400, the D60 at about $600, the D80 at $800, D90 at $1000, D200 at 1300, D300 at 1600, D700 at 3000, D3 at $5000...

These things are a waste of money in my opinion. To blow away dust just get as blower brush from Sonia. For cleaning smudges get a micro-fiber cloth. The moisture in your breath does a wonderful job instead of a solution.
Not that I haven't been guilty of splurging on things like this. Last year, during a trip to Canada I got a big black speck on my sensor. So I went and bought an Arctic Butterfly cleaning brush. When I got down to cleaning the camera I saw that the speck had disappeared, never to be seen again. I have never used that $100 brush.
Arctic Butterfly = White Elephant
