I have no idea but thats how it resolved my issue
When I first installed my card was not locked & yet I was getting the CHDK Menu. When I restarted my camera it all went away & I could only enable the Alt menu & not the CHDK menu. I locked my card & everything fell into place. Weird Huh

@Rehaan- You could try getting exact version of CHDK for your cam's firmware version here.
EDIT: Just put on the latest fullversion. The menu is very much intuitive on this one. Unlike the one on the pic I posted before.
