With all due respect, yes. But I understand if you are not able to do so. Here's to a good launch.

Airtel has made announcement in todays Economic Times (Bangalore edition) that its also launching Iphone by August kinds, dont remember exact dates i read.

International rumor, the processor is going to be bigger and better with 3G, Mobile TV etc etc. Lets wait till June 9th Oh yeah they are changing the shape a lil, new material and lil thinner than current version.

Todays news in Germany stated quite clearly that the iPhone will come to India through Bharti Airtel. Not Vodaphone.

From what reports and spyshots suggest the 3G iPhone would be a bit on the bulkier side than the current gen iphone. would also be available in white.

@sam: that is news indeed. but i wouldnt outright question the credibility of Vodafone itself when it announces that they are getting the iphone here in september?

ps: The reason that I am always asking for sources, is that I am kinda an Apple nut and want to add good sources to my RSS feed reader. No offence to anyone intended

I wonder if that price is for the 8Gb iPhone. Apple traditionally has not given good prices for stuff in India ( compared to the US ).

Haven't they discontinued 8G already? Why on the earth should they bring it back to India?

But this news that Airtel is also a service provider for iPhone makes one of the early adapters like me happy.
