One more just recently, notice the difference in timestamp. Their SLA is meaningless.

The only good news is that I am switching ISP in October, I can finally escape the most unreliable ISP I have ever used.

Default Re: How reliable is Reliance leased line service?

Hi, bumping the thread because I have the same dilemma here. Looking for a leased line for our office in bangalore.

Have zeroed on Reliance and Tata. Can someone who have experienced either of them please help me out here? How is the service, in terms of reliability, uptime, SLA commitment and stuff?

Any information will be useful.
