Default Suggest NAS : D-Link DNS-323 or Linksys NAS200 or WRT350N

Last month I dropped my 160 GB WD passport and it stopped working. Actually it was attached to my laptop and I was taking my laptop to another room...boom. Anyway, after this tragedy I was thinking of some way to use network drive over wireless network at my home. I have Linksys WRT54G router but there is no way to attach USB HDD directly to it. After few googling I found few ways to do this but I'm confused which one would be better:
1. Linksys NAS200 : I think it should be ok and in my budget at around Rs. 6500 - 7000. But according some review it is quite slow.
2. Linksys WRT350N router: I will have to replace my old router with this. It has Storage Link to attach USB hard disk. Cost around Rs.8500.
3. D-Link DNS-323: I think this is the best in all because of gigabit support and can use with less expensive SATA drives. We can also attach any USB printer to make it network printer. Cost around Rs.10500.
I'm planning to use 500GB SATA disk (~3.5K) with above and my total budget is below 15k. Again, since all these supports media servers, I can also use any wireless media player to watch songs, movies & pictures from the network disk on TV.
Can anyone please suggest which would be best solution and where can I get best deals for these in Pune/Mumbai.

2 cheaper options
Welcome to Vantec – Vantec NexStar LX - NST-375LX-BK - 3.5" IDE to USB2.0 and Ethernet External NAS Hard Drive Enclosure (Black)
Apical.in : Apical TS 350S-LS
I believe both are <5k

option # 3, roll your own using an intel D201GLY2, , ram, a cheap PSU and a shoebox
