Benq-Siemens EF81 (dad uses it. lasts 3 days.)
Benq-Siemens E71 (using this currently. 80grams, 4 days. )
Siemens S65 (lying spare. Just got a new battery which lasts 3 days.)
Siemens M55 (locked to fido Canada. Not in use here yet)
Nokia 6630 (lying spare. I never liked nokias. This one is good though. lasted me a day when in use.)
HTC Touch (Am yet to turn to this one. Is lying packed)
Motorola ROKR E1 (is american tri-band.Only airtel works which I dont have.)
NOkia 3125 reliance. (I had it first. got tired. Sister uses it now.)

I am now looking at Neonode N2 or the new ROKR E700 aka E7.

The best part about benq-Siemens E71 is that it can also run on nokia batteries. the best screen, FM, Mp3 player, bluetooth, 1.3mp camera does it for me. Looks sexy in shiny teflon coated black, charges via USB and is easy to load files.

Most probable reasons why my batteries last longer are.

1. I discharge and recharge completely. doesnt really affect though asaik
2. I switch off fast network search mode.
3. I switch of key tones.
4. All the other functions I dont use.
5. Screensaver is on battery saver.
6. Screen light in set to 15 secs.
7. only use bluetooth when required.

I dont compromise on talking (30-45 mins daily) and sms;s (4-5 max). I use bluetooth headset while driving to and from office. I listen to mp3's maybe once or twice in 4 days. network at our factory is weak so this may add a day of battery life.

SE P1, SE W960 & SE K850 - What's your pick?

As you can see, P1 & W960 are Touchscreen Phones, but i'm lured by the 5MP Camera in K850. (Don't really want to go for N95 even though in comparison with K850, it scores better). P1 has almost everything & W960 has 8GB inbox memory!

I've been owning my current mobile for the past 3 years, but now want to upgrade. I'll be keeping it for atleast 2 years and hence looking at high end phone, not to feel left behind later. Hence the K850 with 5MP camera & the other two with almost all the features, including touchscreen.

Confused

Arif, as you can see one is a music phone, other a business phone and the third a camera phone. I would suggest you to decide your priorities.

My personal choice among the three would be either w960/p1.

As i explained earlier, i don't change my mobile often. So, i would like to have the best option combining Music, Camera & Business. I cannot set my priority among them . I would prefer SE & Nokia.

That's why i'm confused between those 3. I think P1i would be the perfect all-rounder? What say?

Guys, I have been looking for a Dual Sim mobile which allows both GSM SIMs to be operable at the same time.

Unfortunately my choice gets restricted to Chinese/Korean models. Anyone used dual-sim mobiles?

I have been carrying 2 mobiles for a year now, and its a pain.

Dont ever go for a SE smart phone.... after what SE did to the buyers of SE P990i (the flagship product and awfully expensive when launched) I will never touch a SE phone again.

I am not defending SE but every company does this. my neighbour bought 6220 for 22K a day before diwali. 1 week later the price was 8.5

Poor guy used the phone for next 2 years without complaining.
