Hi Bro

I didnt say that the VGA is better...what i said was that the VGA cam is pretty decent (at east for my purposes, but then I am a novice when it comes to photography!)

Apart from that, it is a pretty decent phone. One feature that I do miss is stereo speakers though!

I think the K750i is the best bet.
2.0 megapixel camera.
But is it in the 11k-12k range????

no the k750i icosts about 14.5k in the greay market and about 16 with bill.
if you can stretch your budget a bit i think its the best option.

My query was put 2 months ago. I finally went in for Panasonic VS2

for 8.5 K. Saved some money, and just wanted to try out the Panasonic Brand. The camera is definitly better than k700i, but the battery life suckes

check out the new nokia 7360. increase the budge a little and get your hands on the 6681 or k750i. u wont need a new phone till 1 year atleast then. unless u are crazy for phones

I'm also in need of a mobile change in the same budget....Mods Can i continue here???
I did some research and found some phones within my range:
nokia 7360: looks like nokia tried to copy the walkman phones in different colour
10500/-

Moto Razr V3 - 10000/- Designing marvel nothing else but still eye catching display...
Moto Razr V3i - 14000/- improved version of V3 with expandable memory
Moto Slim L6 - 8000/- very sleek...good cam ....
Moto Slim L7 - 10000/- same as L6 but with a bigger screen....

SE W550i - 14000/- 256mb memory...amazing sound quality....

Please share your opinions on these.....

V3i is supposed to be good.... i think its worth paying a small premium for the killer looks!
Buying a phone - I don't think camera should be the deciding factor. After a couple of months of playing around... it is the least used feature!

please mention two things. Budget and requirements. that will help us help you in a better way.

looks like you are pretty impressed by the razr line of motorola. If that is the case then v3i from motorols is pretty good. V3 is old but still remains slimmer than v3i. The L6 and L7 are no match.

I wouldnt preffer SE 2550i at 14K considering I get K750i for 16K as mentioned above. the limited memory is a bottleneck and you also loose out on the excellent 2mp camera with flash and autofocus.

also look at nokia n70,6680,6681

Yes definately.. i am currently using this phone and its really smooth.. It comes loaded with a 128mb extended memory chip, 1.3 mega pixel camera, bluetooth, digital music player, and a great price tag of 10K.
The bettery life is also very good.. a complete charge lasts me approximately 3 days.

almost every 2nd person is using razr in N.America and every 5th person is using the ROKR.

Its no more cool to have the razr line of phones.

fact:- A chinese company beat motorola at its own game. they developed a ditto black razr with more features.

Moto Razr sucks big time. I wouldn't advise anybody to put their money on that phone. I've used my friend's phone here & I hate it to the core! User interface just sucks.
No offence to the existing owners.
