Symbian, simply out of compulsion and not by choice.

I so wish one could patch Android 2.1 OS on Nokia smartphones.

Samsung Wave s723 - BADA OS
Nokia E71 - Symbiam OS

A personal opinion, Bada is much better compared to the symbian No lags and no hanging issues like Symbian
The samsung wave has much better battery life than e 71 Next on cards in exchange of e 71 would be an android device within 15 k but that would be after a year or so.

I used Symbian for over 2 years. Then shifted to Blackberry in US and now using iPhone. After using all the above, I feel iPhone is the best. Period. The UI is oh-so-awesome.

I havent used Android yet.

I am using the ill fated Symbian(N8). Too many nuisance for users. I wish the UI is more user friendly.

A great attempt in touch screen based phone. If not for the camera i would have picked the HTC droid which is more user friendly.

My Wife has a galaxy s and the UI is not exactly as friendly as HTC or Iphone.

User friendly UI, my personal ranking goes to HTC, Apple, Samsung and then Nokia.

Lets see what Nokia comes out with Windows 7 os.

I currently use the Motorola Razr2 V8 which is Linux-powered. Dad uses the Blackberry Storm2 and mum the HTC HD7 which is Windows-based.

Although the BB is really good when it comes to OS, UI and processing and the HTC is not far behind; I find my Razr2 doing just as good with the UI and speed even after using it for close to 3 years.

The symbian (especially the N-series) is a major pain.

Isnt the ios a little slow. I dont know about the iphone 4 but the previous generations were really slow when you fill the 16 or 32 gb flash.

Symbian and windows faired a lot better when it comes to memory and storage management.
