the reva will survive small bangs without a scratch but ont expect anyone to survive if it goes under a bus not that they will survive in an 800
it all depends on speed and the reva isnt all that fast so most of th accidents can be avoided

Yes, go for the M800. Firstly, its selling price is way high. Then there is the hassle of charging it. The closest thing, in terms of size, to the Reva is the Smart here in Europe. Man, you won't believe how vulnerable you feel in that (BTW, it was voted as the worst handling car by Top Gear). And its not as practical as the 800. IMO, one should always go a bit bigger than their needs, u never know when you may have to use the extra power, space extra. And because of the size, i am guessing that you'd probably get bullied on the road by even autos. And IMO, anything without an ICE should not be classified as a 'car'.

Id feel intimidated in it by a rickshaw not a good feeling :(, I think you would need something safer for a city like mumbai or for that matter anywhere. One mediocre hit and the bloody thing would FLYY.

Satyam.

Post 800 it is for the time being!!

Service for a reva?...i suppose it is just grease for the wheels and electric motor and some water for the batteries...
I voted for 800 simply because reva is not worth the money you put in.
There is no interior space (seems to be designed for pygmies from africa)
and the roof looks to be made of plastic...scary!!
But it sure has a future, perhaps maruti should buy Maine industries and put the electric motor on the 800....
