hmm i hadnt been keeping a track on the getz prices. but a few years ago we got our getz gls for 5.25 on road and i thought the prices had dropped drastically since then.

For some reason I always find the looks of the old Getz more attractive and bold.Guys is there any FE diff between the old and Prime versions?

Getz GVS is the GLS sans the spoiler, body coloured door handles and mirrors,rear defogger and rear wiper. Some internal accessories here and there.
I got midnight grey and from Trident, Hyundai.
Guys, do you think i can bargain for something more while taking the delivery of the car or is it a done deal. I am one of the "stingy" kinds :-) and want more for less.

The other thing is how do i make sure i have been given genuine accessories worth what the dealer promised me for. For instance i have read in the Forum that one can get LUMAR for even a meagre 1800. How do i make sure its worth the moolah:

Remote Locking(AUTOCOP)- Lock, unlock, car identifier, reverse horn, bonnet and trunk alarm
i got it for: 2k M.P:3.5k

Sunfilm (3M/LUMAR) Can you tell me what LUMAR Series comes in this range?

The remote locking the dealer is talking about is a hyundai genuine accessory. Remote will have a hyundai logo. It works fine but the buttons on the remote are not good (cheap quality). Even a small touch will work. Problem is when you keep the key in your pocket and the button gets pressed.

BTW who is the sales executive dealing with you? Are you buying from Trident near palace ground or indiranagar?

@Getz_it_is, congrats on choosing the 1.3 Getz, it is a fine car. I bought my 1.3 GVS non-prime a year back for 4.64 OTR after 20k cash discount.
I'd seriously recommend up sizing the tyres to 175/70 (if you are given the skinny 155/80).

I would suggest you to have a look at the accessories before getting them installed. The sunfilms they put on my car as freebie are of very low quality (Garware). I am removing them and getting new ones shortly.
