Default Wagon R / Santro

I'm considering to buy a car .the budget is tight at around 3.5 -3.75lacs .
But i'm worried as i read that wangon R and Santro are at the end of its life
time.
Is it worth to consider these also taking resale value into consideration.

Yeah, definitely once these models are yanked off, the resale will be impacted, but there wont be any impact on spares and service in the near to medium term, since there are so many cars of these models on the roads. And face it, what are the options to these 2 models? The Wagon R and the Santro are in a very popular segment, but unfortunately there are no choices in that segment. The only cars close to this segment are the I10, Swift, Palio (All a lil more expensive though).

There is no confirmation when Wagon R will be stopped as its still doing quite well !! I would suggest you to stretch your budget and go for the Hyundai i10 1.1 Era . Its a new car compared to others , good interiors , decent F.E.
