As Mclaren said Getz crdi last piece is available- Grab it with both hands.
If somehow the deal is not done my suggestions-
1.Swift Vdi- Meets almost all your criterias. Personally i love driving it though i dont own one. Rattles are big prob with it though but tou can solve that with neccessary damping.
2.GP- A.S.S and resale is a concern but till now most users on tbhp had given good A.S.S reviews so read them and then decide. I get a feeling you do not care much for ACC,blue and me and airbags so 'emotion' will be within your budget.

I believe these are only 3 choices left out as ritz and i20 are out of picture already.
Still believe getz crdi is the best deal.

buy the I 20 Diesel if thats now available
or else the Getz Crdi is an excellent car.

yesterday i sat in a Dzire Diesel Cab and it was super comfy as well as silent

Swift DDIS is also a very good vehicle

why not the Fusion TDCI?

(sorry i missed your criteria)

therefore the Getz CRDi and Swift DDIS may be your best choices!

My Recommendations:

(i) Getz CRDi.

(ii) If its not available then go for Indica Vista. Tata has truly produced an amazing diesel car compared to their previous products.

(iii) Take a test drive on i20 Diesel. I am sure you will like it. If its suiting your budget go for it.

All - thanks for your valuable inputs and comments. Did check out all the cars over the weekend. Based on my needs, am tilting slightly towards the swift diesel for now, but have not made a booking as yet. I hope to close this over the next one week and will keep you updated.
