Hi guys,

Which is the best Tata Motors dealer in Bangalore?

1. Concorde
2. Manipal
3. Prerana

The frontrunners are Concorde and Manipal. Both of them seem to be good on follow-ups.

Concorde has an edge because they are owned by Tata Motors. I don't want only this to be a deciding factor.

BTW, if you think it will alter perspective, I am thinking of buying a Palio from them.

Please DONT go near Manipal...
ma cousin had a very bad experience, they gave him some offer of 12,000 bucks, he opted for a music system.
They gave him a "PENSONIC" cassette player... When i asked for the manager, they declined. When i asked him to remove the cassette player and demanded for a cash discount, that was denied too...

Can we expect better service for Fiat cars (compared to Sundaram) from any of the Tata dealers? Perhaps the Bosch Car Service centres are a better option? But can they get genuine spare parts from Fiat, I wonder?!

Manipal is the worst!

Concorde is definitely the one to go for. But they are suffering from Huge volume of service requests..

Prerana is definitely not customer centric. I am trying to buy indigo and it has been 2 days since my finance guy told Prerana will call me.. They haven't called yet :(

Was it not mentioned in the forum recently that good guys from Sundaram Motors have been transferred to their GM service station? And the remaining technicians don't even know what to make out of the engine analyzer outputs? If that is true, and Tata dealers are not very keen to service Fiats, then imagine the plight of Bangalore Fiat owners in future..

The answer I got was from the 24 hour help line of concorde.

Guys,
I'm also looking for a good dealer for FIAT. I have recently bought my car and just had the first free inspection for the same. I'm yet to go for the free services on the service manual.

Can anyone tell me which is the best TATA dealer who can service FIAT cars?

Also, can we try and find out about those technicians who were there with Sundaram? Probably they might have started their own business or can service the car personally?

Ketan, since your Car is under warranty, you need to service your car at a Fiat authorized Service centre. Suggest you to try out Concorde Motors, heard they are the best among the lot. I was very busy and hence not getting time to look at the recent posts here. I'm also a member of the palio users group, i'll have the daily summery redirected to my email address that i'm frequently accessing.

I'll contact Concorde for further servicing info and let you guys know as soon as I find something

Hi all,
my Indica turbo is due for First service. I was planning on giving it to Prerana on Old Madras Road (Bangalore) since it is near my office. Anyone who can give good feed back on that service station?

Indica owner's can provide you with better insight. I had my Palio serviced by Concorde and Manipal, both of them. I found Manipal folks little more proactive and neat work.
