Default Re: Volkswagen Chandigarh Workshop Scam: Overcharging for Engine Oil

I'm certain this is dealer specific. There is no reason for VW to suggest such a cheap cheat trick. Team-bhp is a group of enthusiasts and hard to cheat unlike your average guy who doesn't even know the engine oil quantity. I believe no one who goes to an authorised service centre bothers. They take them to be in a special circle of trust which they exploit.

I've been researching outside of team-bhp and I've come across many who've been cheated in the same manner and it's hard to let it go. After charging so exorbitantly for everything they still want that cherry on top. I don't think this thread is a way to get to masses.

Consumer Courts are there for reasons like this exactly. I, like many, have been cheated. If I were to gather together testimonials from people like myself and voice our opinion in a consumer court, how do you think it'll pan out?
