| hi guys i had booked a swift diesel vdi on 30th july 2007 from bagga link motors. They had promissed to give me the delivery of the car within 20 days. I had gone to them a month later and they said the car hasn't arrived as yet and when asked them for a date and got a reply that it would not be able to give me a car before 15th october. When asked the reason for such a long delay they said that maruti is not releasing any swift diesel. When i called the maruti helpline they said that they are releasing the car and they told me that the dealer is not giving you the car. Is there any way that i can have an early delevery of the car as i have already waited for it for more than a month Thanks |

| This is quite unacceptable on part of the dealer. He has no right to delay the delivery of the car. As suggested by mithun try another dealer. |

| Senior - BHPian | AS somebody suggested in Swift waiting period thread, write to Maruti and see the dealer wake up. |

| Senior - BHPian | I think you should either write to the Maruti senior-ups (I'm sure some of us tbhpians have some of their contact details) and also ask for a full refund from the dealer if the car is not delivered on the promised date. Do you have a written commitment from the dealer with regards to the delivery date? |

As far as dealers are concerned they are also human being like us not coming from other planet. Last edited by vivek_pinkoo : 12th September 2007 at 11:48. | |
