Yes, Sundaram is bit crowded. You have to do the booking in well advance to get it done. Tomorrow i am taking my Aveo for 1st 1000km check up. Will update you guys after that.

Last Friday(November 23rd) i had been to Sundaram for my Aveo's for 1st 1000km check up. I had done the booking on November 15th itself and they asked me to be at 9am.
When I went there on Friday morning i can see a big mess of people there. Vehicles are parking towards the Kasturba road side also. Some how i got a parking at Kasturba road footpath and went inside to get my service personal. They are collecting the vehicle details from road itself and somehow they are clearing the crowd.
When i called them at 5pm to check the status of my vehicle, they told me that, it's done and just waiting for washing and i can get at 6.30pm.
When i went there at 6.30 I saw my vehicle at washing bay and got my vehicle with in 25 minutes time. I can see lots of vehicles queue up in washing bay at that time also. Obviously vehicle washing is not at all upto the mark and don't know much about the quality of service, mine is just a checkup.
Looks like they have stopped the pickup and drop facility and so many people were complaining about that.
Yeah, its very difficult for them to manage this much crowd, but they are still managing it some how.

Yeah, its very difficult for them to manage this much crowd, but they are still managing it some how.

Yesterday there was a sticker on My Swift D from Garuda and giving free car wash and check up valid till month end .I think this is new business tricks to and to create awareness about Garuda and Maruti dealership

Do you know where all they are located? I got a really minor job to do. As usual the under belly of my sail has scrapped and one sheet between catcon and the body is dangling. fixing it is a really minor job. just called up sundaram and they are saying 28th!!!!

I heard that United Motors has become a franchisee for Bosch Service. This is located on West of Chord Road in the service Road (next to Nagadevaki Marriage Hall).

Where exactly is the RAC ? (I am kinda new to B'lore). Howz their handling and would they have the spares for Corsa ?

I spoke to the GM helpline today about their plans to open a new dealership in Bangalore. They did not confirm a date but indicated that it would be soon.

They confirmed that they have been receiving lot of complaints from irate customers in Bangalore about their difficulty in getting a service appointment at at Sundaram.
