Never go to AutoCraft Vashi Mumbai. - Team-BHP

hello guys...am posting this for a friend who is not on team bhp.
he is very very angry with with So CALLED Authorised Service Center. Autocraft -Vashi - Mumbai.
They are completely not caring in their attiude.
They just dont seem to work seriously.
Had given a zen to them for accident repairs
Total bill came to 64 K for replacing 2 doors and complete body painting
Today took delivery
Dipper out of focus
A/c Making Very Bad Sounds when on
Left front passenger side door is off alignment..I can see a total Slanting in the door.
Amp that was bolted down was left to Bang and roll under my seat. And Not working
Fuel Guage Not working.
and also a lot more is wrong with it.
i dont know what to do .. but he needs to complain to maruti.
how would he go about this ? he needs some help.

Did your friend show the problems you mentioned to AutoCraft ? what was their reaction ??

nope has not been able to show them yet.. will do so tomorrow.
they gave him delivery today and said its all checked out and everything is ok.
i mean how do you give delivery without checking !!
and also my friend is stupid to take deliver.. lol .

not to sound mean, but

Why dont people inspect their vehicle properly before taking delivery!!! That too after spending 64k!!!

I would say just take the car back, usually after such a big repair a few things do go awry as the strip the entire car for fixing such issues & while putting them back somethings do go out of sync. I know thats not right but this happens with most of the service centers. Its our car so we need to take extra care to ensure that its done properly. ask him to show the faults & get it fixed.
