FIAT service in Bangalore

I am unhappy with Manipal Motors, Bangalore service. I don't think they know their nuts & bolts throughly. Had a brake noise issue. Asked them to look into it in the 1st service. The problem still persists. Went a second time after 100 KMS, the service technician did someting in 10 mins and the problem was solved. But after another 50 KMS the problem cropped up again.

Is there any other A.S.S which does a good job in Bangalore?

I heard Concorde is not quite good. Please suggest.

Prerana on OMR is very good. Mr Vijay Kumar is the incharge for FIAT

Try Hariprasad Automobiles.
Its somewhere near national college flyover.

There are no GOOD Tata workshops(atleast in BLR).
There are bad ones and worse ones.
For example prerna in ORR bangalore changed the OEM battery when the car showed starting problem. They did not even bother to check alternator voltage(I doubt they have a multimeter),
So wherever you go, you will have to be involved and know what to do.
At that time I was naive and trusted service centers.
I paid a price for it in terms of money and being stranded at odd hours because the car would not start
concode is slightly better than others, but in the end its your luck and vigilance.

I have also read good reviews in other threads about Green Tracks and they seem to have a better knowledge on Fiat cars.

I have had similar experience from manipal Motors service with my Fiat palio sport. Then someone suggested Greentracks at Silkboard Junction. These guys are specialised in Fiat vehicles. They have a studied approach and did a great job with my car. I have now swichted to Greentracks for good. Contact one Mr Babu who is the service manager. The board number of greentracks is 080-41206376. All the best

ya, i second that, Green tracks do a better job than manipal motors. now even they are authorized to carry free service's & your warranty holds good, if you have extended warranty also it works with Green tracks for FIAT cars..

Also one more thing to mention is that they have good relationship with insurance.. this is particularly helpful, recently my car got scratched & it needed a paint job. i approached manipal motors & they could not get the estimation & work approved by Reliance isurance, the same work & estimation got approved at green tracks, they did a good paint work & i am 100% satisified

as i have mentioned in earlier thread that i got the front stabilizer bar installed at green tracks for my 1.2ELX NV, they have done a great job. my next paid service will be at green tracks.. also earlier i had got the stone gaurd/running board installed at Green Track, they have done a splendid job..

their labour charges are a bit on the higher side..

I have used Sundaram Motors while they were the only service center. I have then used Hariprasad Automobiles, GreenTracks for servicing and Concorde for accident repairs.

From amongst all these, I am happy with GreenTracks for their general service and also for their ability to understand and solve problems. I certainly would recommend Concorde for accident repairs if any. But, Concorde messes up with certain very basic things. For example, they connected my rear wiper in a reverse manner and it was actually cleaning the metal and not the glass.

I have interacted with Babu at GreenTracks and I found him to be pretty knowledgeable on Fiat cars. The only grouse is that GreenTracks charges you more than everybody else.
