Any reviews on mahavir motors on their A.S.S. Wanted to fin out as my uncle is planning to get a laura.

No skoda owners from hyderabad on tbhp. Is the service that bad ? :D

cooldude search for the exclusive skoda forum on the net, you will find many skoda owners in hyderabad. These guys are as passionate and will help you out, cant recall the name of the forum at the moment, do your search and i will try to find it too.

Just thought would share my experiences with Mahavir Auto in Hyderabad.

A little about me. I was looking for a 10 - 12 lak car to buy. I considered civic and the toyota. Then kinda leaned towards diesel. Fiesta felt little underpowered, and then test drove the Octavia 1.9TDI. Was floored by the engine. Then spent a week doing research on the octavia and the service centers. Was horrified by the reviews from all over the net. Finally took a deep breath and bought the Octavia 1.9TDI ..... and while bringing the car home scraped the rear door :eek:.

Anyways, did a lot of highway drives and clocked up 7600Km in 3 months. The car is AWESOME.

The sales people are OK. Not too techincally educated but are polite and sent the car a few times to my residence for a test drive. (The sales head Mr. Pavan is a technical dud. Glib talker though)

The workshop experience for the 1st service was impressive. Polite guys, knowledgeable and not looking to rip you off. Gave me a choice of synthetic and mineral oils, and did a thorough check, test drive etc.

They did an excellent job with the body work for my scrathes, at a very reasonable rate. I especially recommend speaking to Mr. Hari, the main supervisor.

Overall, Im satisfied with them atleast for the first sercive.
