try to settle this mutually. i'm sure you will get the entire refund. no manufacture/dealer will method such demands. has he blocked this car for you for a long time? even if so, try speaking to the manager than to the executive(s).

but if you have cancelled this order at the last moment, then you cant blame the dealer fully.

Any updates. Dont pay more than 5k, this is what FORD charges as cancellation charges.

raajks, 3% of ex-showroom price of car i.e. 3% of 9.9L which is around 33K.
