Default Car Insurance Norms to Change 2007

Hi,

Since we were aware that car insurance norms were going to change in 2007, Could someone list the changes and what effect will it have on Insurance Premiums from now onwards.

TOI Delhi reported Owner/Self Damage to come down 10 % What would this mean- I get less 10 % for any damage I claim..!

I dont know much about the change....
But I heard from a employee of the Oriental Insurance that from
Jan onwards we will be paying more for the insurance of our vehicle.....
The increase could range from 10-20%(Not Sure)......

Also the Third Party insurance has already been raised .....!!
