"Recovery goons thrashed badly and had to be taken to the hospital"

Lol it seems the defaulter was a history sheeter.

OT-
Happen to meet one of those recovery agents through a friend of mine.

I asked him whether somebody thrashed him, he said yes a huge fight.
And another time, one of the guys pulled out a good size knife, put it on the chair and said: "either you kill me now or wait for 2 months I will clear the dues".....

You're still better off. I got an EMI of 6560 for 5 years loan on loan amount of 2.80 lacs. I will be paying 116000/- extra on my buy.

BTW, is the car loan transferable from one bank to other? Though I know I would not default, still I am dicey about banking with these people. As some one correctly pointed, its just a matter of time

only way ICICI is going to change is when MV Kamath is personally asked to appear in courts in these cases or when he is personally imprisoned or fined.

However, eventhough we all know what ICICI is doing, we continue to dole out awards to MVK. Eco times even listed him in top 10 businessmen or something like that. Our typical double standards.
