The official website URL will be without logan, so expecting the older URL to be closed OR redirected to the new one soon.

The one which seems will remain permanent is ::. Welcome to Verito Official Website .::

as the older one has a URL with Logan mentioned in it - older one - ::. Welcome to Verito Official Website .::

Very good move!!!, Doesn't the rear look like the toyota etios?

I once travelled in a logan & the rear seat was like a carpet over bad roads. Though the car was driven was around 60k, it never showed its age considering the fact that cab drivers abuse them a lot.

Roof Rails on a sedan. Now is that a world first? LOL

ACI reports 15K price increase. What are we paying for?

I think its the other way round! The Etios looks like the Logan as its the logan which came out first.

Maybe Mahindra wanted to make the Verito more up market with incresed pricing? Or maybe they have increased the quality, hopefully. But I don't think that would've been done as M&M haven't mentioned it, as M&M even brag about the "new bold fog lamps" !

M&M P L E A S E take away the roof rails they are neither here nor there. The car is having an identity crisis. It adds no value but contributes to the price.

As for the price hike. Should M&M not slash it by the amount of royalty they were paying Renault, instead of increasing it ?? I am foxed

Cheers

That back logo and chrome surround is a complete lift from the Etios!!!

Now the Logan and Etios look even more alike.

Paying for the roof rails, the extra chrome strip and if you did not notice the doors now have side plastic cladding SUV style. lol.

So what is the plan M&M ?? Turn a sensibly priced car into a non-sensibly priced one. Nobody or his distant cousin would care for Roof Rails, Chrome Strip or the other costume the car is now wearing.

Logan was & will be a VFM car, let it remain that. Adding frills of the kind that have been only go to say that the design department at M&M is a disaster - as has been proven with the non-functional christmas trees growing on the tail lights of the "new gen" scorpios !!

One hideous feature to another. Wake up you got the potential, but not the CORRECT feedback from the market.

Anand Mahindra are you listening ?

Cheers

Phew, I'd rather spend that 15K on tire upgrade and V-kool.

How about that bull-horn in the back? LOL

How much will it cost them to change the damned wiper orientation?

M&M's Design (If there is one with that name) has a bright future in Disney Animation, Pogo etc. They are good at creating funny, amuzing, crazy, weird, alien-like vehicles. That's pretty much the description for a modern day cartoon character.

Wow. Mahindra's design team managed to make an already staid looking Logan ugly and then want us to pay more for it.

I bet you the angry chrome tooth grill is saved for a refresh version a few months down the line.

The so-called face lift has definitely improved the look of the old Logan.

I wish M&M could have atleast...

- Improved plastics of the interiors
- Changed the rear light cluster (say a new "better" version while in Brazil last week)
- Power windows at conventional location instead of the dash

It seems Mahindra has taken the branding of "Rise" seriously. Providing the Price"Rise" (to put back the Phoenix back to ashes in 4 months flat).

Some Optimism

Well, like all, I have sat in a Logan to go the "Airport" I did shortlist the car but it always gave me this odd feeling which I can not explain! on one side this car can take some serious abuse on our roads and you would not notice it at all!

The other is that after many many miles the interior plastics looks like a dirty old wash basin!! The over all looks of the car really makes you think "Hmmmmm what was the idea mate!" M&M I feel could done a wee bit to soften the look (I am not sure if they have any restrictions on that from Renault)

Its a work horse and can do it the best than any one I guess. So why add lipstick to it ???
