I think its a great looking package, I would prefer this over the C class anyday, may be not the 3 series, but if this thing is prised right, this can be a huge success, As it is Cadys around the world are known for richness and in India it has old history, this would be a runaway success I think, so along with the european launch GM should make the right move and get this into india and enter into the highend market, eventually they would want to compete with Mercedes in many other segments as well, like the SL etc..

I guess it will be a good move if GM launches this. Caddys have a prestige value in India minds, they are known for comfort levels like none other. Pricing it in btwn 20-25lakhs would yield substancial sales.

No - i dont think caddy's will work here. unless they come with a frugal diesel engine

looks like an optra with different headlights and grill....

interiors are way too neat and have a "clean" image... will it remain that way in our country with all the dust and pollution is a debate....

A car needs more badge than power and luxury to sell in India. And Cadillac would take sometime to build that up, but a great car non the less..
