The one in post no 41 is their official releasing pics . I dont think its gonna be any different from that.

Diesel fans will appreciate the 2.2-litre turbodiesel unit with 138bhp that's carried over from the previous CR-V but with much improved economy and emissions.
That's a first one for Honda in India.. I wonder if it will transfer some of diesel hungry consumers from Hyundai/Skoda to Honda! One of the biggest grouse for the CRV was its FE. This certainly would be a hit if they price it right..

This CR-V looks really ugly. On top of that, the glass area is reduced in the rear quarter. Guess we'll find out when the official specs come out, but the cargo area looks to be cramped. CR-V is a overprized car in India anyway, I wish Toyota would bring the diesel Fortuner for Rs.12-14L.

I agree with you on that part ...but that 'if' is not very probable I mean fortuner I guess wil be in tha 15 - 16 bracket . If they get it within 13 lacs Honda will be forced to lower the price and introduce a diesel mill which will coz they need a diedel mill for accord .Their much acclaimed Ctdi engine will be right thing to add a new lease of life to accord along with a subtle exterior changes. But what I am really looking forward to is the Endeavour CRdi , it may be no where near the 163 bhp 3.o lit D4D but I feel by looks and character Ford End. is the only sub 14 lacs genuine SUV .

I think the Fortuner will be a big hit at Rs.12-14L. Even if it is in the 15-16L bracket, with a 3L D4-D it may be a good vehicle with an excellent VFM. I only hope they don't price it close to Rs.20L as the Terracan. If Hyundai had chosen to assemble the Terracan in India, may be the price would've been close to Rs.14L? That would've been a terrific SUV although Terracan isn't very good to look at, in my opinion.

Any updates on when this is going to be launched in India?? Friend wants to buy one & is unsure about whether he should buy the current one or wait for the new one.
