It is way too expensive. Suddenly the Grand Vitara starts making a lot of sense.

The news report says Honda has launched the CR V with additional luxury features but it only talks about the addition of a sunroof?! And they have hiked the prices too. How much is Honda asking MORE for the sunroof?

EDIT: Their website says 18.98 for the CRV MT. The hiked price is 19.10. Just about 12,000 for the sunroof is damn good IMO.

This is what the website states:

City : MUMBAI
CRV MT:Rs.1,898,800 (Ex showroom Mumbai)CRV AT:Rs.1,972,200 (Ex showroom Mumbai)

How did you calculate the 12,000 difference??

My mistake. I read this:

Quote:
The new CR-V will be available at an attractive price of Rs. 19,10,000 for the 2.4L A/T variant (ex-showroom, New Delhi),
as 2.4 M/T ex-showroom Mumbai.

Seems like the website is updated with prices of the new CRV. Can anyone tell us the difference in prices between the 'old' and the 'new with more features' CRV?

yesterday in wheelocity (guess) there is a nother news from HONDA they are taking off few features like airbags etc... from CRV to bring down the prices, so now they will have three varients of CRV.
CRV is getting too premium, I think to move up the sales they must bring down to 15...
lets see

Any definitive news or insider info on when the 2.0 CRV is expected and whether AT would be available. My local Honda dealer contact told me to expect this sometime in Jan/08 and expect the price around 15lakhs. Personally I doubt this very much to price it at this level ... Anyway any leads would be appreciated.

Thumbs down Honda Honda WHY ?????????????????????

Why have they transformed such a good looking car into one which can be defeated in looks by a scorpio?? The only problem in the car was that you had to take leather seats even if you don't want them. Hope this is removed in the new one .
