You can read GTO's comprehensive review here: (Tata Indigo Manza : Test Drive & Review) Price(Ex-Showroom Delhi): (Club Class category is only added to the diesel powered Manza, not petrol. So as of now the added features are only available to the diesel customers) Petrol: (Old nomenclature)
Diesel: (New nomenclature)

| Manza Club Class Exteriors: Notice the extra chrome lines near the fog lamp area. Chrome weather strip across the window bottom. ![]() ![]() EXL, here "L" stands for leather. EX variant gets similar equipment apart from the leather. Also note how mis-aligned the EXL badging is. ![]() Front fenders: RHS boasts QJET while the LHS has a for-show ornament. ![]() New 15" 8-split-spoke alloy wheels. ![]() Infinity Contrast Roof: Silver on the black body colour, black roof on the rest of the colours. ![]() The contrast roof does not seem to be a part of the manufacturing process. Appears to be like an accessory fitment. The silver paint was seen on the rubber between the roof and rear windscreen. ![]() Follow me home lamps stay on for approximately 30 seconds after you flick the high-beam, whilst getting out of the car. ![]() Last edited by Rehaan : 27th November 2012 at 16:39. |

| Manza Club Class Interiors: Black-plum interior theme on the EX & EXL variants. Rest get black-beige. The plum shade is good to look at. ![]() Steering is not leather wrapped. But the soft touch material used is actually not bad. But leather would have been a welcome move at 8.80 lacs Ex-Delhi price tag. ![]() A very clean and simple instrument cluster. Good to look at in daylight as well as at night. ![]() Center console with silver panel. ![]() 6.2" touchscreen multimedia navigation system. Includes CD, bluetooth, SD card slot, USB, radio, Aux-in, GPS navigation. The head unit is actually not that impressive to look at. While it might prove to be better that the regular head unit, it for sure is not equivalent to the aftermarket ones. Screen is very reflective when the unit is switched off and under direct sunlight. ![]() Automatic climate control: Did a fantastic job. Zero tints on the glass and the car was cool throughout the drive even under the harsh sun. Also, it did not switch to re-circulation mode on its own. Outside odor never entered the car. ![]() Chrome insert on the gear knob. ![]() Italian leather seats. Neatly fit & stitched. Notice the driver seat height adjustment. Driver seat also gets adjustable lumbar support. ![]() Seats also wear the Manza name. ![]() Manza's USP, the comfortable rear seats. No storage pockets behind the front seats. ![]() Wiper gets smart swipe, but this is not rain sensing. It just swipes once as explained by the sales guy. ![]() Some sensor placed in the center of the dash. ![]() Chrome scuff plate. ![]() A keyfob would have been appreciated for this variant at least. ![]() Features missing:

| BHPian | Tata Motors Limited (TML) have announced a refresh in the lineup of there premium sedan - Tata Manza. Refreshed Version has brought in a host of changes for the Tata flagship sedan which has been suffering from not-so-promising sales figures despite many class first features and technologies. The new features and a complete shake-up of the current range in terms of features, nomenclature and variants is expected to change the fortunes for the overly under-hyped vehicle. ![]() ![]() New Variant Nomenclature:
New Features of Indigo Manza - Club Class:
75PS Quadrajet Engine: The younger sibling of the current 90PS Engine has been introduced in the base LS version to spruce up the number game. The 75PS engine already does duty in Tata Vista, MS Swift, MS Swift Dzire and Fiat Punto. Touchscreen Multimedia Navigation: This is possibly the most striking feature of Tata Manza Club Class. A segment first, Tata really wants to target vehicles from a segment above with these features. The touchscreen interface will support CD, USB & SD Card and has Bluetooth & Navigation features which were previously only present in Tata Aria. Available in LX, EX & EXL variants. ![]() Auto Climate AC: This feature was sorely missed in earlier iteration of Tata Manza and is certainly a welcome addition.Available in EX & EXL variants. ![]() Italian Leather Upholstery: This is again a feature that was sorely missed in earlier version of Tata Manza. What surprised me is the quality of leather used for these seats. It is simply leagues ahead of any leather to have graced Tata vehicle. The seat contours also have been modified and look so much more graceful. Good Job! Available in EXL variant only. ![]() New Design 8 Spoke Alloy Wheels: Alloys wheels present in earlier version of Tata Manza and shared with Tata Vista made the vehicle of this size feel under-tread. Those puny little things have been replaced by a whole new 8-spoke design. Available in EX & EXL variants. ![]() Contrast Roof: Purely cosmetic upgrade in EX & EXL Variant where dual tone exteriors will be provided. This treatment is already present in many premium vehicles and has already been tested with Limited Edition Vista earlier. This treatment gives the effect of panoramic sunroof. ![]() [b]Features changes vis-a-vis earlier variants: LS (Aqua):
LX (Aura):
VX (Aura ABS):
EX (Elan):
EXL (*New):
Product Despatched have begun from Plant. Official Announcement and Pricing will be declared on October 16, 2012. Last edited by GTO : 1st October 2012 at 13:17. Reason: Updating date as per your later post |

| Excellent move by Tata, if the variants are priced right Tata may ruin games for some big brands. They have loaded the cars pretty well and has given it a premium touch now but I am having a feeling that the top two variants EX and EXL will be over-priced. |

| Good move considering the choppy sales numbers for the Manza. From the pic, the interiors look classy. Hopefully, it'll revive the numbers. Expecting a substantial price cut for the Ls variant. On another note, what is with the variant names? Why can't Tata have a standard variants nomenclature like Maruti? Ex. for Vista they have Zx as the top variant and now for Manza it is the Ex and for Safari, Ex is the mid variant! Come on Tata, make up your mind :P |

| Akhilesh, thanks for sharing. Near the right fenders and below the head-lights, is that bad photoshop work / do the lights deceive my eyes - it looks like a dent actually !!! Maybe you can help post alternate pictures if you have any. |

| If this is true, TATA has redefined VFM yet again. I being in Bangalore can confidently say that more manzas will embrace the road. The seats seem top class, touch screen and ACC adds more creature comfort. The one last wish is to have a auto box |

| BHPian | Tata never wanted the vista & manza to be used in taxi segment and perceived as the same. Looks like the 75ps variant would be priced aggressively. Wont it attract taxi operators? On the other hand, it would be perfect choice for premium hatch buyers, who could shift to a full sized comfortable sedan at a competitive price. The new interiors look fab and I prefer the black theme which is a relief from the sea of beige which most of the competitors have to offer! |

| BHPian | Good move by TATA, but, I think that the poor sales of the Manza have less to do with the vehicle per say and more to do with the image that TATA vehicles seem to have because of poor advertising and product promotions and bad after sales. These two need to be looked at closely by TATA if sales need to improve. That being said, the features are very nice and the interiors look fabulous. |

| The leather seats really look from a couple of segments above!! though not an owner, but sitting in Manza's back seat is sitting on sofa (with wheels). Pricing and initial reviews will be key to the success of EXL |
