Has anyone seen an SRV on the road yet? - Team-BHP

I was just wondering, has GM managed to sell any SRV till date?

The car has been in the market for over a month now and I have not seen a single car on the road in Bangalore except for the Demo car of Garuda Motors (GM Dealer).

Of late, there have been no ads for the car as well.

So is the SRV the biggest flop in the history of Indian motoring?

I for one have not seen a single one on the road either in Mumbai or Pune..
Although I've seen two slightly spruced up cars at national garage pedder road, dont know if theyre customers cars or demo cars.

Seen three-four in pune

It had to be a flop,Who would buy a hatch in India for about 7.5 lakhs.Skoda fabia makers are sure taking note of this.

I drive from Gurgaon to Noida daily and have seen only 1 SRV... in Gurgaon. But not sure if that was owned by someone or was it the one that was parked in one of the malls. They might just be moving it from the mall to the showroom. It was the same... high end blue SRV.

I have seen quite a few on the roads. I actually love this car. I know its on the pricey side but then too......
Saw a black SRV with multispoke alloys and white light no idea bout under the hood but the car sure looked hot.

I saw a black one in Bangalore (Outer ring road) about a month back. Looks pretty good.

I feel no SRV seen in Blre yet or at least I have not seen, I read in BHPian from hyderabad mentioned 3-4 SRVs in hyderabad, I ddn't see it in any highways too. Its price does not make any sense to buy when compared with optra.

I saw a gold colored SRV on Jeevan Bheema Nagar Main road in Bangalore about a month back!

I just saw one couple of days back here in Hyderabad.

It was a darl blue one & it looked really good from the rear.

i have not seen one here in cochin yet-not even a demo car!!

i dont think that concept will work in india.we never think out of the box-look at the fusion,a brilliant car which flopped!!

See one daily close to my office. Silver colour.

Apart from that have seen atleast 3 or 4 in town. Mostly blue.

Multispokes must have been stock.Seen 1 in bangy wth the same white light...dont know whether they are aftemarket xennons or blue bulbs?!?!Looks amazing though!

There was a metallic green one parked at Pali Hill a few weeks back.

Also saw one opposite Jaslok Hospital - a blue one. This was replaced by an orange one a few days later in the same spot.

These, of course, are in Bombay.

Can't say I care too much about the vehicle though - for that price, they should drop in a 2.4L I4 pumping out 170-200HP at the very least. The current pricing is simply stupid - it should be around 5-6 lakhs base, with the top end one @ around 7lakhs on road. Then watch it sell!
