Guess I need to tone down my words. The Service guy called me now and told me that my car is in the list and will take a couple of days for the parts to arrive.
He said it is not the entire brake assembly or the calliper. It seems to be a washer that requires a replacement.
But I really like the fact that the guy called me back. I mean no customer rep/ salesperson/ service person has ever called me back. Pinch me!
