Car looks good! I am worried about the service and spares. Hope they fix that problem by the time they launch the car.

Sorry to disappoint you boss but it is a private site hosted on a server named googlepages. Its NOT an official site for Linea.

Just out of curiosity - would / could this be classified as good work? has fiat made any official comments on the engines that are coming, or the colors? If yes, then it can - if fiat has not made any official statement on the types of engines and trims and colors, then i would think that this would classify as a rumor.

I have waited for nearly 6 months for a 'better' car to hit roads... Linea deserves all the buzz it is creating!

People are designing sites around and tracking it. Blogs are writing about it. It is amongst the most search cars on Google in India. I saw some post been locked for further comments and another Linea post comes up on first page!

Fiat needs to live upto it now with better pricing and service through Tata! Engine options will stay similar to Europe.. but attention is on the Price.

Fiat India - pls get it right and I would love to be the first one to buy this italian beauty!

How does it classify to be called something good?

For me, it's either a short cut to make some quick money or some lame attempt to help Fiat in keeping the customer's patience under control with false/unconfirmed info.
Both doesn't qualify to me as GOOD WORK!

Please explain. :

I agree... someone is just trying to catch on the Linea buzz and will try put in some adverts.. or probably purchased the domain name in anticipation that Fiat will buy it from him!

I would say move over dude - laws are strict now and could land u in trouble for domain squatting.

I said good work by the website creator, atleast he has put-in the engine options, features & colors of Linea, even before Fiat India has published it in their website!
Whether the info is true or not, only time will tell!
Till then, some data for prospective Linea buyers to munch on....!

That is something for which Fiat should sue him for. He has used the brand name/information etc.. And reproduced it in another website which is serious infringement of copyright laws etc..
Calling that good work is not good.
My opinion.

Wrong (probably?), illegal data! That's definitely not something sweet to munch on!

this then classifies as a rumor, and using the fiat Linea name is illegal - and fiat can have a field day, they own the brand and all related names.

If the dude is a squatter- i think he might have something coming from Fiat - if they are keen on pursuing.

However - i must add- if this were a blog - which talked about the specs, it would have been fine, but the line has been crossed as he is using a registered name.

how can we believe the information on the site then?
