My Avatar Says " Ferrari Kills Everything"..........
But now I should get another one saying
"National Garage Killed Ferrari"
Mind blowing news but this is certainly not the way to represent them ...

Absolute HOGWASH!!! Dippy called me in the morning to have a look at the back page of the Times supplement, and I seriously thought that its an ad for 1:18 model cars.

What the heck were they thinking when they put an Enzo in the ad? Beside finding the cheapest slot in the newspaper for a Ferrari ad - they have also provided an email address...xxxxx@roltanet.com. Roltanet? You deal in Ferraris and cant afford one nationalgarage.com email address? Sheesh, thats pathetic. Even when I correspond with anyone regarding Team-BHP, I always use my team-bhp email address! Whats next, a Lamborghini authorised dealer with a hotmail address?

I know what you speak about. I have seen a couple of Ferrari showrooms in the States, and all of them paled in comparision to Honda/other mass-selling car brand showrooms. The one at Beverly Hills is so quaint that I actually took three u-turns to find it. And it had showroom display place for only two cars...sitting tight next to each other.

I mean ferrari and maserati should have done their homework...you wouldnt ever see a Patek Phillippe ad like this in india..(ps:- PP is ferrari of watch world) and thats the reason they dont have anyone to sell their time pieces, cuz no one is just good enuf..

anyhow..this is so much unjustice, imagine the ferrari/maserati CEO waking up to see this..he will shot himself the minute he does..

come on national garage!!!

..they are planning on selling minimum 2.5cr worth car and they cant even spend 2.5 lakhs on a newspaper ad, sheeeeshhh!!!

anyhow very disappointing..

L8r

ps:- its funny GTO u also used Sheesh as an experssion..cuz I had not read UR post by then, its something one of my colleagues had been using the whole day..and it just came out of me right now..anyhow, i just had not seen anyone use sheesh and when my day was filled with it, I see another one

Cheers

Imagine a guy who thinks those are model cars and calls up enquiring about the ad.... he's in for a heart attack when he knows about the price.
Its absolutely pathetic....i don't believe they couldn't hire a better ad agency to do the job for them....last page ofthe newspaper?? Even Maruti for its 'new' Esteem Placed an ad in the front page of the newspaper! c'mon this is a Ferrari! Absolutely stupid on the part of National Garage....

Thats too much!...At least they shud had made a debut in India using TV ads, etc.. such a small HotWheelish add is bad!

And hey Dippy.. the Enzo in the pic is not a 1:18 model.. its a Ferrari licensed picture released when it was launched!! It originally has a blackish background!!.
